We have:
-Dining room
-Large dance hall
-Stage
-Men's and women's restrooms
-Wet Bar and Industrial size refrigerator 
-Kitchen with a stove, oven, industrial size refrigerator and sinks
-Outdoor Santa Maria Style Barbecue with two large BBQ pits and sinks
-Free parking

We provide:
-Rectangle tables and chairs (tables 30'x90'in can seat up to 10 guest if using the ends of the tables)
-Restroom toiletries 

Cleaning fee:
$400 that comes out of your Security Deposit. You'll get the remaining balance if there are no damages to the property. If there are damages that are more than your Security Deposit, you will be billed.


Liability Insurance:
You will need to provide us Liability Insurance for One Million.  Most people go through their home insurance. 

Alcohol:
If you are selling Alcohol you would need a Daily Alcohol License.  You would go through:

Security Guard / Guards:
You will need one Security Guard per 50 people.  Depending on the event.

Music:
Music must be turned off by 10:00PM, things picked up and building locked up by 12:00AM


Keys: 
You get the keys the night before your event and return them the day after your event.
