Hall Capacity: Maximum 300 *Main Hall 225 people seated for dinner or auditorium seating *Dining Room/Kitchen area 75 people *BBQ Area - Concert tables 320 people Square footage *Main Hall 40' x 65' square feet *Dining Room/Kitchen area 20' x 60' square feet *We have: -Dining room -Large dance hall -Stage -Men's and women's restrooms -Wet Bar and Industrial size refrigerator -Kitchen with a stove, oven, industrial size refrigerator and sinks -Outdoor Santa Maria Style Barbecue with two large BBQ pits and sinks -Free parking *We provide: -Rectangle tables and chairs (tables 30'x90'in can seat up to 10 guest if using the ends of the tables) -Restroom toiletries *Cleaning fee: $400.00 *You will need to provide us Liability Insurance for One Million. Most people go through their home insurance. *If you are SELLING Alcohol you would need a Daily Alcohol License. You would go through: ABC Legal Services 444 Higuera St STE 100, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 *You will need one Security Guard per 50 people. Depending on the event. *Music must be turned off by 10:00PM, things picked up and building locked up by 12:00AM *You get the keys the night before your event and return them the day after your event. |
